Orders may be submitted to us using charge-cards (PayPal
buttons) or we will send
a quote by email with a hyperlink to purchase using
PayPal. You may also submit
orders using personal check, money-order or cashiers
check. If your order is more
complicated that a single item, or there is special
promotion that you want to take
advantage of, please Email us and we will Email a PayPal
bill URL directly to you for
that order. For mail-orders, please fill-out the mail-order
form and then
print a hard
copy or just send us an Email and we will watch for your
check. Charge Card orders
incur an additional 2.2% fee. Completed mail-order
forms should be
mailed with your

Shipping
UPS 2-day Air shipping
within continental US will be added when the PayPal order
is submitted. For mail-order, please send an Email and we
will quote the full
price including shipping. Allow 2 weeks for delivery
after we receive the order,
depending on stock. Most orders will ship within one
week. For Fedex requests,
please first send Email to Empirical Audio. We will respond within 24 hours with
the shipping cost. We will make every effort to ship your
order as quickly as
possible. Orders with Cashiers Check or Money Orders will
start immediately.
Credit-card orders will be started as soon as we receive
verification of funds.
Outside the Continental
United States:
For shipping to
countries outside the Continental US, including Hawaii
and Alaska, please
send E-mail to Empirical Audio including your home address and country.
For Credit Card
orders, we will mail you a bill so that you can pay
online with PayPal. If you want to send
a check, attach a completed mail-order
form to your
Email. We will respond to you with
US currency pricing quote for the least expensive
shipping method unless you request air
express. A US currency international money-order or
Cashiers Check must be submitted
with any mail-order. After receiving the quote, mail your
U.S. currency money-order
